Who We Are
Stay Cool Services was established in 2015 by a team of qualified HVAC technicians who saw a gap in the market for a truly reliable, customer-first air conditioning company in the Bay of Plenty.
Over the past decade, we've grown from a two-person operation into a trusted regional specialist — servicing hundreds of residential and commercial clients across Tauranga, Rotorua, Whakatāne, and beyond.

Craig founded Stay Cool Services after 10 years in the HVAC industry. He holds multiple manufacturer certifications and personally oversees all commercial installations.

Sarah keeps the business running smoothly — managing scheduling, customer communications, and ensuring every job is followed up to the highest standard.
James Parata
Senior Technician
James specialises in commercial refrigeration and large-scale ducted systems. With 8 years at Stay Cool, he's one of the most experienced technicians in the region.
